At Seshas Textiles, we are committed to delivering high-quality yarn and textile products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a return policy within 1 to 7 days from the date of delivery, subject to the following terms:
1. Return Eligibility
Returns must be requested within 1–7 days of receiving the product.
The product must be unused, unprocessed, and in original condition.
The item should be returned in its original packaging (cone/bag intact).
Applicable only for manufacturing defects, quality issues, or wrong product delivery.
2. Non-Returnable Conditions
Products that have been used, dyed, or processed.
Damaged due to improper handling or storage after delivery.
Orders customized as per client specifications.
3. Return Process
Contact our team via call or WhatsApp within the return period.

4. Refund / Replacement
Once approved, we will offer:
Replacement of the product, OR
Refund (as per agreement)
Refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days after inspection.
5. Transportation Charges
If the issue is from our side (defect/wrong product), we bear the return shipping cost.
