1. Product Information

We manufacture and supply high-quality Open-End (OE) Cotton Yarn and Cotton Fabrics using advanced SN & RN machines.
Our product range includes:

10s OE Cotton Yarn, 20s OE Cotton Yarn, 2/20s OE Grey Cotton Yarn, 20s Cotton Grey Fabric

All product specifications such as count, CSP, cone weight, fabric GSM, width, and packaging will be supplied strictly as per the buyer’s confirmed purchase order.

2. Pricing

Yarn and fabric prices are quoted per kg / per metre + GST + Freight (as applicable).

Prices may vary depending on order quantity, delivery location, and raw material market fluctuations.

Final pricing will be confirmed at the time of order confirmation.

3. Payment Terms

100% Advance Payment OR Payment Against Bill Copy (LR) is required before dispatch.

Orders will be processed only after payment confirmation.

All payments must be made via bank transfer or other mutually agreed payment methods.

4. Shipping & Delivery

Orders will be dispatched as per the mutually agreed delivery schedule.

Freight charges shall be borne by the buyer unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Delivery timelines are subject to transport availability and destination location.

5. Quality & Return Policy

Product quality is assured as per the approved sample and agreed specifications.

Any quality-related issues must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

Returns or replacements will be handled on a case-by-case basis with mutual understanding.

6. Taxes

All prices are exclusive of GST.

GST will be charged as per prevailing government norms.

7. Legal Jurisdiction

All disputes and legal matters arising from transactions with Seshas Textiles shall be subject to Rajapalayam jurisdiction only.
