At Seshas Textiles, we are committed to delivering high-quality yarn and textile products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a return policy within 1 to 7 days from the date of delivery, subject to the following terms:
1. Return Eligibility
- Returns must be requested within 1–7 days of receiving the product.
- The product must be unused, unprocessed, and in original condition.
- The item should be returned in its original packaging (cone/bag intact).
- Applicable only for manufacturing defects, quality issues, or wrong product delivery.
2. Non-Returnable Conditions
- Products that have been used, dyed, or processed.
- Damaged due to improper handling or storage after delivery.
- Orders customized as per client specifications.
3. Return Process
- Contact our team via call or WhatsApp within the return period.
- Share:
- Invoice details
- Product images/videos showing the issue
- Our team will verify and approve the return request.
4. Refund / Replacement
- Once approved, we will offer:
- Replacement of the product, OR
- Refund (as per agreement)
- Refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days after inspection.
5. Transportation Charges
- If the issue is from our side (defect/wrong product), we bear the return shipping cost.
- Otherwise, customer bears the shipping charges.
