INDUSTRIES & PRODUCTION

Let's Experience Exclusive Quality

First step

Blow Room Processing

The raw cotton waste first enters the GPR (General Purpose Opener) which opens the tangled fibers, removes large impurities,

Second Step

Carding Process

The fibers are carded to eliminate neps, short fibers, and remaining impurities. The machine aligns the fibers to form a uniform card sliver.

Third Step

Drawing Process

The two card slivers are fed into the drawing frame, where the fibers are blended and drawn to align in a parallel direction.

Drawing Process

Manufacture

Drawing frames provide consistent drawing slivers by combining several card slivers.
Fiber alignment, yarn strength, and smooth output are all significantly impacted by this process.

Open-End Spinning

Manufacture

SN OE and RN OE machines are used for final spinning.
We can create yarn with uniform twist and great tensile strength thanks to these equipment.
The output is examined for surface smoothness, yarn count, and CSP strength.
