Welcome to Seshas Textiles. By accessing or placing an order through our website or communication channels, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Product Information

We manufacture and supply high-quality 10s Count Open-End (OE) Cotton Yarn using SN & RN machines. All specifications—including count, CSP, cone weight, and packaging—are provided as per the buyer’s purchase order.

2. Pricing

Our yarn is priced at our yarn/- per kg + GST + Freight.

Prices may vary based on quantity, delivery location, and raw material market fluctuations.

Final prices will be confirmed at the time of order confirmation.

3. Payment Terms

50% advance payment is required to confirm the order.

Remaining 50% is to be paid against the bill copy (LR) before dispatch.

All payments are to be made via bank transfer or other agreed methods.

4. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are dispatched as per the agreed schedule.

Freight charges are to be borne by the buyer unless mentioned otherwise.

Delivery timelines depend on transport availability and location.

5. Quality & Return Policy

Yarn quality is guaranteed as per sample and specifications.

Any issues must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

Returns or replacements are handled case-by-case with mutual understanding.

6. Taxes

All product prices are exclusive of GST and will be applied as per government norms.

7. Legal Jurisdiction

All legal matters related to transactions with Seshas Textiles fall under Rajapalayam jurisdiction.
